What is Chastity?
Chastity is an exciting and liberating way of life! Chastity is more than just abstaining from sexual activity. Chastity honours God and brings purity to your thoughts, actions and plans in everyday life and in particular, to your relationships.
Chastity requires sexual self-control and requires you to keep sex and intimacy for marriage. Chastity allows you to show your love by true affection and not by lust.
All are invited to live chastity, no matter what stage of life they are at: single, married or celibate. Even if you were previously sexually active, you can start from today, saving yourself for marriage from now and renewing your virginity. It is possible!
